Customer service departments include client-oriented individuals, such as call centre employees or insurance advisers, specialists in the medical professions and administrative staff for the claims’ departments and management services.
To improve responsiveness and consistency, Groupe Mutuel has brought a wide range of services in-house. Our standard in-house services include logistics, finance, human resources, communications and IT.
In addition to these services, we have an innovation centre and our own in-house postal service. This extremely wide range of in-house professions enables us to recruit experienced individuals and ensure the quality of our services.
Depending on our needs, we also recruit for fixed-term contracts. These temporary assignments allow you to get a first foothold in the company and give you privileged access to our open positions.

View all open positionsThe number of people attending the interview varies according to the position and grade to be filled. As a general rule, you will meet a line manager and a member of staff working in the team for which you are applying, as well as a member of the recruitment team.
This test consists of a series of questions that you will need to answer in 15 minutes. Compiling the answers will allow us to better understand your profile.
Depending on the position to be filled, and unless otherwise specified, one to two interviews are required.
