I joined Groupe Mutuel more than 20 years ago, at a time when our different insurance companies were being merged and brought together. From 15 or so entities, we now have four companies that make up today's Groupe Mutuel. It was a period of change and challenge. What I particularly appreciate about this company is the flexibility of its working hours, including the choice of holiday weeks, the possibility of home office and the policy of internal mobility. Thanks to this policy, at the age of 59, I joined a new department in July 2023, continuing to expand my knowledge of health insurance.
