13^th salary for employees and apprentices: you receive a salary over 13 months. The 13th salary is paid in two instalments, in June and December.

Increased family allowance benefits: we contribute CHF 125 per month to the costs generated by your children, in addition to the cantonal family allowance benefits.

Balance between professional and private life

Flexible and annualised working hours: you are able to organise your working hours according to your personal and professional obligations.
Home office: to make your life easier, we offer the possibility of working from home or at another Groupe Mutuel location, up to 50% of the employment rate but not more than 2 days per week.
Flexibility between locations: we encourage mobility between our different company locations. You can therefore choose to work occasionally from a location other than the one to which you are attached.
Holidays “à la carte”: employees can choose the weekly model that suits them: 4, 5 or 6 weeks of holiday per year. Do you need a few more days than expected? You can buy up to five extra days.
Maternity/Paternity leave: upon the arrival of a new baby, parents employed at Groupe Mutuel receive 16 weeks’ maternity leave for mothers and three weeks’ paternity leave for fathers.
Health: our self-service cafeterias offer beverages and fruit. We also encourage people to practise sports activities, thanks to attractive discounts from our partners and access to LeClub offers.

A high-quality environment: by using a goal and performance evaluation approach, we encourage dialogue and feedback. We also place a high priority on ensuring that everyone's tasks are clearly communicated, as well as maintaining a friendly and respectful workplace.
Professional integration of apprentices: our young people in training are supervised by experienced professionals. They benefit from a variety of learning opportunities in various departments, as well as from CFC exam preparation courses. Thanks to these training measures, we are able to report a 95% success rate on federal exams. In addition, apprentices who wish to continue working with us after having obtained their CFC diploma can apply for higher-level or specialised positions as their first job.
