We offer a compensation system that combines salary and attractive social benefits:
- 13th salary for employees and apprentices: our employees and apprentices receive a salary over 13 months. The 13th salary is paid in two instalments, in June and December.
- Bonus: our bonus system recognises and rewards our talented employees.
- Health insurance for the entire family: we offer health insurance packages with special rates, for our employees and their family.
- Pension fund with above-average benefits: our pension fund provides benefits above and beyond the legal requirements in order to increase future retirement pensions.
- Full loss of earnings coverage: in the event of illness or accident, employees continue to receive their full salary during their recovery.
- Increased family allowance: for employees who receive cantonal family allowances in their own name, Groupe Mutuel contributes a supplement of CHF 125 per month and per child (on a pro rata basis).
