These departments comprise client-oriented individuals, such as call centre employees or insurance advisers, specialists in medical professions and administrative staff, for the claims’ departments and management services.
To improve responsiveness and consistency, Groupe Mutuel has kept a large number of services in-house. Our standard in-house services include logistics, human resources, communications and IT.
In addition to these services, we have an innovation centre and our own internal postal services. This extremely wide range of in-house services allows us to recruit experienced individuals and ensure the quality of our services.
Depending on our needs, we also recruit for fixed-term contracts. These temporary assignments allow you to get a first foothold in the company and facilitate access to our open positions.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated employees, at all levels and with various levels of expertise, to join our teams. Find the position that suits you among our vacancies.
VIEW ALL OPEN POSITIONSThe number of persons attending the interview varies according to the position and hierarchy level. As a rule, you will meet a line manager and an employee working in the team to which you applied, as well as a member of the recruitment team.
This test consists of a series of questions that you will be asked to answer in 15 minutes. Compiling the answers will allow us to better understand your profile.
Depending on the position to be filled, and unless otherwise specified, one to two interviews are required.
